Malik

It all begins with a dramatic entrance at the Saint-Vincent clinic. Malik is far too impatient to wait for the delivery room and chooses the lift to arrive in front of his parents, Sandra and Rakesh. During his stay in the maternity ward, Titanic plays on the screen; it’s his first film, the one that will remain his favourite. The youngest of a tribe of seven, he quickly learned to sneak around everywhere to carve out his own space. A true marmoset, his scout totem, agile and always ready to jump into his kayak to navigate independently.

Manon

A few months later, at the same place in Rocourt, it was Manon who joined the party at Laurence and Arnaud's. From the start, we didn't know the itinerary. She shouted "Stop!" before taking off at a moment's notice, just for the pleasure of not doing what she was asked. Manon is that insatiable thirst for learning that never stops, a need to devour new knowledge rather than getting stuck in a routine she wouldn't have chosen. With a particular fondness for pigs, it is through loving them that she decided animals had no place on her plate. A whole personality that bites into life like her favourite Banana Split, ready to build her own future.

Graduates of Waha

The end of a cycle beneath the mosaics of Boulevard d'Avroy. Beyond the diploma, we leave Waha with what it can offer that is most precious. A freedom of thought and the ability to carve our own path, independently. It is here, on the benches of a school unlike any other, that we have forged our critical minds and our sense of responsibility. Armed with our tools and our convictions, we were ready to embark on our adult lives, side by side, with a fierce determination to build our own projects.

Budapest

Our first real trip together. Budapest not only captivated us, it enveloped us. We loved its intensity. Between the grandeur of its history and the energy of its streets and terraces, we found a rhythm that resembled us. It was there, in this city of contrasts, that we understood our worlds fit together perfectly.

La Dolce Vita in Italy

For two weeks, this road trip was our little interlude. From the vibrancy of Milan to the charm of Turin, passing through the calm of Bellagio, we let ourselves be carried away by these contrasting yet harmonious atmospheres. It was here, between two aperitifs, that a philosophy began to envelop us, the Dolce Vita.

Our nest

There was this need for grounding and an obvious choice: it would be the heart of Liège or nothing. We were looking for a place with character, a spot that would understand us. And then, we stumbled upon our gem. Between the historic cobblestones and the calm of our interior, we created our bubble in Hors-Château. It is here, in this refuge that resembles us so much, that our daily life took on a whole new dimension.

Engagements

For our third visit to Budapest, we quickly ascended to the balconies of the Fisherman's Bastion, where the architecture is so unique. Faced with the vastness of the view and in this eclectic setting, time stood still. One question, one "yes", and the certainty that our two paths would become one.

How is our D-Day organised?

Is there a dress code?

We can't wait to see you dressed to the nines in a mood of Dolce Vita!
To ensure perfect visual harmony, we simply ask you to respect these few guidelines:

The white is exclusively reserved for the bride. We kindly ask you to also avoid terracotta, beige, and brown as the main elements.
To preserve the harmony of colours, we invite you to avoid visible white shoes or trainers.

Where will the wedding take place?

We will welcome you in the timeless setting of the Château d’Avin. The entire programme is planned to be outdoors to fully enjoy its park.

Weather note:We have ordered sunshine. However, a backup plan is in place.

What time should I arrive?

To ensure the smooth running of the day and to maintain our peace of mind, we kindly ask you to refer to the timings indicated on your invitation card.

Where to park?

Aparkingarea will be set up directly in one of the gardens of the Château d'Avin. Upon your arrival, please follow the signs. We thank you for respecting the beauty and integrity of the estate as well as the elements of the wedding during your manoeuvres.

Is there a wedding list or a gift box?

Your presence is the most beautiful gift. If you would like to support us in our future projects, a donation box will be available on the day. It will help us in particular to realise our honeymoon in Bali, to experience the activities we dream of, and to finalise the layout of our nest.

Can I take photos?

Of course! We simply ask that you give priority to ourphotographer and videographerduring key moments so they can capture the magic unobstructed.

Social media: Out of respect for our bubble, we kindly ask you not to post anything on your social media until we have done so ourselves.
Psssst: A photobooth will be available on site!

What will be on the menu?

Hehe, surprise! We prefer to keep the secret a little longer, but we can already guarantee that the selection will be varied and that everyone will find something they like.
